Sita Montgomery

Can't you just tell that Sita Montgomery of The Family Room Design Studio had a ball decorating her Utah home?? The kitchen underwent a huge transformation over the summer. To give the space a fresh and bright feeling, she had the cabinets painted a soft, creamy off-white. I loooove how it turned out! The delightful family room has the same happy vibe of the kitchen...I am loving bursts of fresh color! Sita has lots more great photos of her home taken by Paige Davis over at her blog, so head on over to finish the tour. And if you're lucky enough to live in Utah and are looking for some design help, definitely look her up!

Sita was gracious enough to provide us with the source list below. If you're wondering about anything else, just ask!

Lynn Morgan Design

This delightful Southport, CT home designed by Lynn Morgan and photographed by Laura Moss is like a breath of fresh spring air. (Should I really be anticipating spring already??) I love that it's a little bit coastal, filled with pretty color and great pattern. That breakfast area is my favorite...love those big windows, the French bistro chairs, the cozy banquette filled with colorful cushions and that fab lantern! The perfect start to a great day, I say! You really don't want to miss out on the rest of the home, so head here to check it out!

Carde Reimerdes

Sometimes you just have to let the view have all the attention! Surrendering to the sea and mountains just outside the windows, designer Carde Reimerdes chose a soothing white and bone color scheme for this seaside escape on the dreamy island of Mallorca. I love how the delightful bits of turquoise in the accessories hint at the Mediterranean Sea outside. Pretty sure I wouldn't be able to get a wink of sleep in that utterly romantic bedroom with its beautiful canopy bed and jaw-dropping view! Head on over to El Mueble for more pics!

Ana Antunes

I always love seeing a space that makes my feminine side swoon with excitement! So was the case when I saw the fabulous living room belonging to my favorite Portuguese designer Ana Antunes. Although her entire home and all of her projects are incredible (I'll be sharing more soon!), I just love the soft pastels, bold patterns and great vignettes in this space. Filled with great light and such pretty color, I really get a peaceful sense from looking at the images. Just imagine living there! Did you see that uber-comfy white sofa?? What a perfect place to curl up and drool over those fab books! Happy weekend you guys!

305 Sea Lane

Something's Gotta Give...West Coast style! Belclaire House featured this incredible beach home located along the La Jolla coastline in California, filled with a yummy blue and white color scheme, fabulous outdoor areas and breathtaking views. The meticulously maintained home was actually built in the 1930's but has since been beautifully renovated. How insane is that master bedroom?? Those views...I swear I can smell the ocean right now. The master bathroom is exactly what I'd choose for myself, I love all the Carrara marble and soaking tub. Same goes for the outdoor areas, exactly what I want in my dream home! Looks like this 3,858 sq ft home recently sold for the teensy-weensy sum of around $4,000,000, but you can still see the real estate info here! (And to the new owner: let me know when you move in...we can have a party!)
